Reservations-- $20 deposit for party entry-- money then goes toward hat fees

Party limited to less than 15 and greater than 4 persons-- or arrangements to be made regarding time limitations

Reservations require at least a 2hr minimum

Walk-ins acceptable but appointments get priority

Social: 

By purchasing your event ticket, you are allowing us to take and utilize all pictures of your party to provide content on any social media platform we use. 

Inclement weather:

Should the weather become unsafe for transportation for either party, the event will be postponed for a later date, without any additional fees or charges, The rescheduled date must be within 1 month of the previous scheduled date. The postponed event must be determined 4 hours prior to scheduled event. If host determines a cancelation of party, no refunds will be made, 

Refund Policy: 

Unfortunately, all sales are final. due to individual personalizations to each hat, we cannot offer refunds at this time. 

Refunds for deposits for events, are refundable if cancelations happen with a 48hr notice. 

Rescheduling policy: 

Life happens, we understand. In the event that an event needs to be rescheduled, due to certain circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule the event to a mutually agreed upon date and time.
